By creating an account or using Jumpseat Exchange, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

You are responsible for ensuring you are authorized to use this application and that your use complies with all applicable employer policies and agreements.

Users agree to: • Provide accurate information • Keep account credentials secure • Respect other users • Maintain accurate trip listings • Remove or update listings when appropriate

Jumpseat Exchange provides a platform for users to post available trips. We do not guarantee: • Trips will be picked up • Trips will be traded • Trips will remain available • Any private arrangement between users Users are solely responsible for any agreements made with one another.

"Hugs" is simply a user-entered listing field. Jumpseat Exchange does not process payments. Jumpseat Exchange does not verify, collect, hold, transfer, or guarantee any monetary exchanges between users. Any arrangements made between users occur entirely outside the application.

Users may not: • Post false listings • Spam • Harass others • Impersonate another person • Attempt unauthorized access • Interfere with application operation Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or removed.

Jumpseat Exchange and its branding remain the property of the application owner. Users retain ownership of content they submit.

Jumpseat Exchange is provided "as is." We make no guarantee regarding: • Availability • Accuracy • Reliability • Suitability Use of the application is at your own risk.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
